Removes comments from html content. That's it.
I've been building something with a licensed admin theme and the comments in it are overly verbose. I had been using a JSFiddle I found a while back (credit to whever made it if you know, tell me please), but it was ugly and I kept loosing it in my bookmarks. So I knocked it off (removing jQuery) and made this. Even used this, on this. Super meta or something I think.
